Tyranny for you 9-12-22 addresses the recent decline in UK policing, accusations of two-tier policing, and their inability or unwillingness to carry out their basic function, which is to protect the public from criminals, but increasingly seem more interested in policing social media for ‘hurty words’ and ‘opinions’ using ‘non-crime hate legislation’ as intimidation to try and force ideological conformity. Which seems to be driven t0p-down, by incompetent liberal managerial mid wits.

The work is a medium-scale multiple-figure study on canvas in oils using a muted palette contrasting with areas of vibrant color. It is painted with a fluid application of paint, staining, and stripping back allowing earlier paint layers to be visible.
Utilizing bold, expressive brushstrokes, the artist builds layers of texture and emotion. The muted palette gives way to bursts of vibrant colors. Each brushstroke is purposeful, contributing to the overall sense of movement and influenced by post-impressionist painters.

The work is titled and signed on the back and also comes with a certificate of authenticity.

The work will be shipped rolled in a tube and should arrive within 7-10 days after dispatch.
